So far, most people think the main issue is pass blocking. Let''s compare Wisconsin's left and right tackles with both the left and right handed quarterbacks. Does anybody see a difference that can be explained by throwing hand preference? You can do this at a another school if you know any others.

Quote:Complicated explanation for a simple maneuver LOL. I did it myself to see what you are talking about.

BTW have you ever had a left-handed QB?

The explanation was as simple as it needed to be and not overtly so. Your performance of the maneuver reinforces this point.

Yes, I've had Left handed QBs. There were no issues.
Quote:Until after he was busted for dog fighting. Steve Young managed to remain elite his entire career. Of course he also did not take two years off and come back on a different team.
lol, you're misinformed. Guess you missed that part where Young was straight trash in Tampa Bay, got shipped to the Niners where he LANGUISHED FOR A FEW YEARS because of some guy named Joe Montana, before finally being handed the reigns due to Injury concerns with Montana; he also threw to 2 guys named Jerry Rice and Terrell Owens... you know the players ranked #1 & #2 on the all time receiving list..... kinda easy to remain elite when you're literally playing with the 2 BEST of all time at the receiver position.

Who did Vick have to throw to? Oh wait no one (unless you count a rookie Roddy White and Michael Jenkins... ew.) Vick was the 1st QB to rush for 1,000 yards in a season, he SHATTERED all of Young's career & single season marks for rushing by a QB. and when he came back with the Eagles was a markedly improved passer. Young couldn't hold a candle to Vick's natural abilities, young benefitted from playing for a Dynasty that was absolutely STACKED.

Have to agree here.  Young is grossly overrated, and was not a good NFL QB until he sat and learned before being handed the keys to one of the best dynasties in the history of the NFL.

I think more highly of Kenny Stabler
