This guys name has been popping up quite a bit over the last few practices and I knew nothing about him so I thought I'd look him up.
I was able to find his scouting profile:

Interesting to note: he has experience at both KR and PR.
He's been great at camp at catching passes over the middle, although it's a tight numbers game. I'm guessing he makes the Practice Squad, and that an injury at WR could put him on the roster at some point this season.
He has been the Allen Hurns of this camp. Won't be surprised if he makes some plays in the game.

Interesting guy. One of those players that you can't point to a single trait that sticks out, yet he just makes plays.
Not sure if Washington is in the mix for punt returner, but I am thinking that in order to make the roster, Washington is going to have to perform on Special Teams.
That said, I think he is competing with Rashad Greene for the slot WR spot. Maybe I am wrong, but that would be my guess.
In my opinion Greene will be our slot unless he gets hurt.
Quote:PS eligible?
Tony is definitely eligible and I'm thinking that's precisely where he'll end up.
dont count him out of a roster spot - Hurns has to hold on to the ball. He has terrible hands

No matter... Hurns is a lock.
If he keeps catching everything, he has a shot at the 5th spot. If we keep six, he'll definitely make it

Over Benn?

Hurns isn't going anywhere. Nothing about him physically is exceptional, but he showed a knack for getting open last season and made the type of impact that buys a guy a second year.
