I believe the $20 pass is gone for 2015 (from my early searches) and has been combined with the on-demand NFL Game Pass for $99.99 with all 22 access.  Does anyone subscribe to this AND sunday ticket?  It seems like a lot to sell out for 4 preseason games, plus ondemand/all 22 access I may never watch.

Since the 3rd game vs the Lions (most significant time for the starters and meaningful preseason game) is national, I may just use the 7 day trial to catch the on demand on the first game, then the live second game.

  It does indeed look like the Pre-Season Pass is gone and the NFL combined the pre-season pass with the regular season NFL Game Rewind that they offered in previous years.   The following is the letter I received from the NFL at the end of July.   In the next message,  I'll post the terms and conditions of the new $ 99.99 product that you mentioned:

Do you really use the rewind / all22 access often?  I just DVR the games if I want to watch it.  I'd be tempted for $70 :\  Seems like I'll get the trial for the Steelers game and watch the nationally covered game 3 this year.  I am at a wedding for the second game and the fourth, isn't that great.  For those two I'll just catch the re-air on NFL Network.

I used to get the $20 one and I used rewind all the time to watch condensed games.

  I haven't used the all22 access often.  Yet,  when I'm watching a game and can't get a good indicator of certain things that happened on a play,   I like having the all22 access option as a reference.  

 

 When watching a game,   I like using the Direct TV TIVO feature that enables me to go right back to a play.   While it takes me longer to watch a game as a result,  usually I don't need to go to the all22 access on the NFL Rewind as a result.   However,  if PFF grades a player vastly different than I expected,   that would tempt me to check out the all22 access.

 

 If you are only going to use the product sparingly,  the $ 99 price can understandably be a major concern.   Based on what you mentioned,  the plan that you have makes a great amount of sense.   During the 7 day trial,  you have the option of going back to games all the way to 2009.   If you have the time,  you can try the different features and see if the product makes sense for you during the regular season and the upcoming off-season.

 The Condensed games feature is great,   Direct TV also offers that with NFL Sunday Ticket.   If there's a specific game that you have a limited amount of time seeing but it's of interest,  the condensed game version is probably the best option.

I'm thankful for Game Rewind as I live in NC and don't have satellite, so if I don't have this I can't watch the games. I love the condensed option.

if you live outside the area and want to watch the Preseason games why not wait for the NFL Network to reair them the next day or a couple of days later and save the money?
