It does indeed look like the Pre-Season Pass is gone and the NFL combined the pre-season pass with the regular season NFL Game Rewind that they offered in previous years. The following is the letter I received from the NFL at the end of July. In the next message, I'll post the terms and conditions of the new $ 99.99 product that you mentioned:
