Agenda is going to supersede this multiple cooks tangle er approach, in terms of fan viewpoint.


I am certainly months behind in this simple clarification, but did TC decide he did not want to coach anymore, or was he never considered for the post? Odd position for him as personnel boss, in my view; given control but not true control.


A head coach is still the players' head man. TC is going to demand head man rapport from the players. How do they, the most important pieces of the puzzle, react in the short term and over time, and how does this impact performance? #UnknownsConstant2017

Coughlin /thread. You said it yourself in the OP that he has final say. If he doesn't like a move he blocks it. How could anyone blame Caldwell for any decsion made since Coughlin has been hired? He's the puppet master and Caldwell will be reassessed in 3 years.
