Jack Del Rio: I don’t see why Raiders won’t win the AFC West
The last time the Raiders won the AFC West, it was at the end of the 2002 season, when Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” was the No. 1 song and
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was the top movie at the box office. It’s been a long time.
But new Raiders coach Jack Del Rio doesn’t see why the Raiders can’t win the AFC West this year.

Jack's not that bad of a headcoach. He just needs to tone his lofty expectations down a bit though. The AFC West will be more winnable this year. Manning isn't the same QB he was when he first arrived in Denver. I honestly think this might be his final year. Rivers is also getting up there in age in San Diego. As long as he can keep Derek Carr healthy and productive. And as long as he can keep a coaching staff intact, something he wasn't very good at here in Jacksonville. They might have a chance in 2016. But not this year.
More like be in position to win the division in December and lose games that matter the most.
They actually have some talent from the last couple drafts. But still the worst team in that division.
Agreed. And as long as Andy Reid is in Kansas City I feel like they'll always be a competitive and respectable football team with only significant injuries hindering them.
Just like they were going to the Super Bowl last year. Shut up Oakland, you're drunk.
They will put up points with that offense this year.
Mack is a good player on defense, but thats about it on that side of the ball.
They could. ...

JDR does pretty well with a mediocre roster, both here and Denver. They'll be alright.
Both the Jags and the Raiders finished with 3-13 records last year.
Which team has the better record for the 2015 season?

Well, the Jags do get the benefit of playing the tacks and tinhorns 4 times, as well as the NFCS.
So, I'll say the Raiders will have a better record.

Apparently Jack doesn't have any mirrors in his house.
