He has a warrant out for his arrest. Embrace it, FSU fans. Looks like we are the new Thug U now.

Wow is all I can say
He's been charged with misdemeanor battery and has been suspended indefinitely.

Yep I saw that
Female Slugger University.

Jimbo needs to get his mind back on his program and quit worrying about the fact that his wife was running around with a former Gator football player.

Seriously though, think Jimbo has read his players the riot act about contact with women yet?
Good grief.

Taylor Jacobs, former Gator player, is also married.  Scumbags all the way around here.  Sux for the kids of all these people.

As far as Dalvin Cook, is anyone surprised?  Hopefully Jimbo does the right thing and kicks him off the team as well.  This should be an easy decision.  Every single coach should have a rule that if you hit a woman you are off the team.  No questions asked.  No second chances.  Hitting a woman isnt an accident to be learned from.  It's a deep rooted character flaw.  Dalvin Cook is just a bad human being and doesnt deserve to play college football anywhere.

Did you read the affidavit?
Quote:Did you read the affidavit?

Did it say he didnt punch her afterall?

None of the witnesses could identify Cook as the person who hit the accuser and the accuser, who was drunk the night of the alleged incident, couldn't identify him until a week later via social media.

So a girl gets punched by a guy she has never seen before.  And hasnt seen since.  And the fact that it took her a week before she could figure out who it was is proof he didnt do it?

I'm starting to think that the women of Tallahassee should be wearing google glasses or have a "Go Pro" on them at all times.  Because unless it's caught on camera, these Florida St football players are just completely innocent bystanders always in the wrong place at the wrong time.

No, it's not. But it doesn't make sense.

But I know you've already condemned him. You did the same with Jameis before all the facts came out.

And I still think there is a 50/50 chance Jameis got away with it.

How does it not make sense?  You've never seen me before.  I could walk up to you, knock you out, walk away, and you'd have no idea who I am.  But if somebody sent you a photo of me with my name a week later, you'd all of a sudden realize who it was.
There comes a point in every program where you clean it up yourself, or it cleans itself up for you.

FSU needs a haircut.

I think what really happened was that he took her out to a nice dinner, and then brought her home by 10 pm and tucked her in bed and then gave her a kiss on the cheek as she fell asleep. Before leaving her house, he washed her dishes and did her laundry.

Completely innocent!

The affidavit, if you read all accounts just show that she didn't know his name and it took asking other witnesses questions to figure out who it was.

Pretty much everyone unrelated to dalvin said that there was a man that hit her. After putting together the innocent bystanders statements, its clear that dalvin hit her.

She, herself, can only confirm its dalvin after seeing him on social media.

So it comes down to do you believe dalvins "crew" or do you believe non bias onlookers?

So there's no evidence then?
