How is it we have a state of the art stadium in Jacksonville, John Thrasher is the president of Florida State yet we can't get any of these games or spring games in Jacksonville?

Good question.  I always went to the FSU games they had here.  We need more.

FSU tried to get a game in Jacksonville with Auburn but it fell through.

 

I could be mistaken, but I think I remember reading a few years back about how there's a little bad blood between the Gator Bowl Association and FSU. I think over the way the Bobby thing was handled. I think that's what it was at least.

Because Ric Catlett and Alan Verlander are terrible at their jobs. They talk a great game but deliver nothing.

The city paid their part for the upgrades with the promise of high profile games. Now we can't get FSU here and had to pull out of the national title game. I understand waiting till shipyards are done but in the beginning the city was fed the bill of goods without any mention then of the shipyards.

So what should they be doing that is not now being done?

Dan Hicken seems pretty confident the Navy-ND game will be played here in 2016. Said there could be an announcement next week.
