Second round pick
|
I compared Bucky Brooks and Daniel Jeremiah's mocks. They are not similar. For those hoping certain players will drop out of the first round, this is what I found:
Kevin Dodd BB: 31 DJ: 27 Shaq Lawson BB: Second round DJ: 30 Karl Joseph BB: Second round DJ: 31 http://www.nfl.com/draft/2015/mock-drafts Would you want to trade up for any of these guys? We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
No. After watching Joseph on tape, he will be injured half the time like Bob Sanders. Dodd is being overrated due to his performance against Alabama's worst offensive lineman. Lawson would be a good 2nd round choice if he does fall, but the only guy I'd trade up for is Jaylon Smith.

He plays reckless and seems to be relatively healthy.
Shock the world

I would not worry about how often a player may get hurt if he has only been injured a few times in college. Did Karl Joseph miss a lot of games because of his reckless playing style? Guess you knew Teddy would drop 2 years ago... and Rodgers before that.... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Dang... let me know where every player is drafted since you already know. Don't you know why I said that? It is pretty obvious.
Another potential DT that might be there in the second:
Sheldon Rankins - 6'2" - 303 - Louisville Quote:Rankins offers the power to line up in the "A gap" and take on multiple blockers, but also has the lateral quickness to stunt and loop around bodies to close on the pocket. He displays terrific effort and is a determined chaser to catch ballcarriers from behind away from the line of scrimmage.Brugler ^

She said Teddy was going to be the first QB picked and he wasnt even picked before Manziel.
Quote:Its pretty obvious you dont know how players rise or fall What? I am the one who tells everyone every year to stop wanting the Jaguars to lose for a higher draft pick because players fall. It should have been crystal clear to you nothing I said implied how much I know about players rising and falling in the draft. Who said Teddy was going to be the first QB selected? Certainly that was not me. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:What? I am the one who tells everyone every year to stop wanting the Jaguars to lose for a higher draft pick because players fall. Its ok, we understand you dont realize players rise and fall in the draft. We also realize you have no clue where players will get picked even though you think you know where every player will
Quote:It's OK, we understand you don't realize players rise and fall in the draft. Other people fully understand I do realize players rise and fall in the draft and that I never make assumptions about anything draft-related if they have good reading comprehension.
Quote:Other people fully understand I do realize players rise and fall in the draft and that I never make assumptions about anything draft-related if they have good reading comprehension.I asked random people on here through instant message and they all told me you didnt realize players rise and fall. Im hoping next year you understand so we can have some good draft conversation Quote:Now time for the other question: Would you want Dave Caldwell to trade out of 38 in either direction? Look for Caldwell to make a trade if a player is there. We now need quality players not just a bunch of players that won't make the team. We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:Agreed He probably will fall, but not far enough to be worth trading up for.
Quote:Its pretty obvious you dont know how players rise or fall To be fair, the only reason Teddy isn't a Brown right now is because Cleveland FO didn't listen to the group they hired to evaluate the QBs who told them to draft Teddy. Whether he'd have had any success there or not is pretty much immaterial, so let's at least keep the facts straight.

It was a better pick to take a chance on the upside of Manzoel than that. Now they have a chance to get a franchise QB. They did pass up Carr that year though, haha stupid Browns We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Another potential DT that might be there in the second:He's getting a lot of buzz at the SR. Bowl. Would like this a lot in the second if he's available.
Jaylon Smith and Noah Spence are both guys I hope fall, but could see trading up a few spots to get one of them.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
