Rashad Johnson FS
|
Just realized that this guy is available at FS. He had 5 ints and 7 pass breakups last year and is at the age of 30 for the Cardinals. Could he be an option at FS?

Playmaking ability - but at the cost of inconsistency in pass coverage seems to be the story on this guy. I'm sure he's part of the "consolation prize" conversation if they can't land someone like Weddle.
Is he the so called QB of the Cardinals D or am I thinking of another guy?
We could really do with smart vet back there to help Cyp/Sample next season.

Quote:They have more than enough cap space to keep him though. That does not translate to actually keeping him. Do they still want Rashad Johnson?
Their def might be good enough without him. therefore they may let him leave.
Quote:haven't seen this guys name anywhere on Jungle. I mentioned him a few weeks back in this thread <a class="bbc_url" href='http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/topic/16224-our-next-fs-could-be/page-2'>http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/topic/16224-our-next-fs-could-be/page-2</a> he looks to be a guy we can target. Young enough to be a quality starter for a few year but shouldn't break the bank (pun intended) to shy away from creating good competition with a draft selection. He really got to move back to his natural position this year when Mathieu went down. He has been a dark horse FA pick up I hope we can get if the big three of Berry, Gipson or Weddle can't be acquired.

Eric Berry definitely can't be acquired. The Chiefs said they will franchise tag him if necessary. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! |
