In my area of NC we had one of the wettest years on record in 2020. 2021 is giving it a run for its money. Six out of seven days a week we have overcast skies and showers or rain. I told my husband it feels like the PNW.
On top of that it's been on average 20-30 degrees colder than last January so it's been less than ideal. I'm good with cold temperatures but add the rain and it gets miserable pretty quickly and nothing gets done outside. My house needs a good power wash to get the green off from all the rain but the one sunny and non-rainy day a week is too cold to bother with it. |
