Stranger Things S2 (and other shows coming up)

I've been waiting forever for this trailer! What do you guys think? I love the 80's vibe of this series anyway but the addition of Michael Jackson's Thriller with Vincent Price's voiceover is epic.

I am also looking forward to The Defenders. I'm hoping Danny AKA Iron Fist doesn't suck in it and the choreographers gave him more training than 15 minutes before the fight scenes were filmed.

What are you looking forward to?

My thoughts about season 1 when I finally saw it was: unexpectedly awesome.  I'm old enough to remember all the movies and shows that Stranger Things pays tribute to.  Looking forward to the second season to see how the story progresses.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

I am hoping they don't try to make it "better" than S1 and screw it up. That happens with a lot of shows and it sucks the life out of them. I am optimistic with what I saw in the trailer. The 80's were my formative years (was born in 1972) and I think that's why I love this series so much. It reminds me of the good old days.

So I decided to watch Stranger Things again this week since the new season is coming up soon. I'm glad I did. There are so many things that happened that I forgot about, to include the ending scenes with Will. I regretted not watching the previous season of GoT when the current season came out because they kept referencing stuff I didn't remember. I was not going to make the same mistake with ST. I think it was better the second time around. I caught things I didn't see during the first viewing.

If you haven't seen the series yet I recommend it, especially if you grew up during the 80's.
