Very generous rating when Hoyer, Trubisky, Goff, Kizer, and Petty all look pretty good right now and much better Bortles at the moment.  Not to mention 49ers, Bears, Brown, Rams, and Jets all have good defenses as well
49ers, Browns, and Bears have very good opines as well. Bills, Bears, and Rams also have very good RBs
We could very well have the number 1 pick next year with Henne or Bortles at QB
