That's from 2013, but it's the first link from a quick Google search. They had 661k missing persons and 659k that matched the criteria I listed. That's 99% resolved. I'm sure the numbers change a bit with the years. It isn't going to deviate too much from that, however. 

The numbers are from the National Missing and Unidentified Persons program with the Department of Defense.

Cool. I tried looking for some stats myself, but I didn't have any luck. Maybe I typed in the wrong thing when I Googled it. Thanks for the info.
