He needs to do whatever he can to try and improve. Hes not going to get another pass this year if he performs as poorly as last year.

I appreciate the offseason optimism. As a lifelong Jags fan I know what it's like to get hyped up in the offseason only to be slapped in the face by reality once the pads come on.

Titans were 23rd in offense and 13th in defense. Jaguars were 6th and 2nd. I believe there is a lot more of a reason to be optimistic about the Jaguars going into this year, yes.
