Even tho the Magic didn't give up much for Fultz, I still don't like the trade. That man is broken, I don't know if he can be fixed.

the thing about Fultz is that his off the court issues don't tell his whole story.

the TOS he has is actually a huge problem that may or not be curable. My cousin actually had a form of this that ended his baseball career(he wasn't MLB but he was in college for baseball). TOS from my understanding comes in two forms- vascular, which creates a problem with blood flow to your arm and hand and can inhibit you from being able to lift your arm quickly and can cause numbness in your arm and hands. And neurological TOS which causes the same thing but is caused by damaged or compressed nerves. Vascular, from my understanding, can in most cases be remedied while neurological is much more difficult to cure. most people never get this diagnosed because it doesn't hold most people back unless you do something high strain that requires you lifting your arm above your head(throwing a baseball or in his case taking a jumpshot).

The odd part about him having TOS is that it almost never occurs or inhibits people in the sport of basketball. It is more prevalent in baseball because of the throwing motion and the strain that it puts on the arm and shoulder.

I don't see how someone goes from a first overall pick to barely being able to shoot without having something medically going on and I think this is the case with him. hopefully he can get thru that and get that fixed.

edit:  thoracic outlet syndrome is TOS for those of you who want to look that up.

TOS is a throw away diagnosis IMO. Pain and numbness that can't be explained. When I saw that I knew the kid was in trouble. I agree he probably won't come back.

Apparently the Sixers GM released the Fultz highlight reel (below) illustrating his shooting stroke is fixed.

i agree. If it is neurological thing, this may be the end of him.

Orlando should go after Beasley that lakers just dropped. He may smoke a bit but when he is on, dude has a nice shot.

I am happy they made the playoffs, but they are gonna get bounced in the first round. I don't see this team ever being much better than they are right now as composed. And I don't see how we are going to get better with only low draft picks (free agency is a joke for the magic).

Its good, just not good enough.

Fellow Laker fan. Magic stepping down was the best single move I could've hoped for this off-season.

Best move Magic has made since signing LeBron. I hope they don't fire Walton. The guy was doing fine before all the injuries, and Lue isn't a good coach.

Ever? Lol. We are a young team that will get better.  Hopefully Fultz can show some of his potential next year

Most of our main guys doing this are in their late 20's. Yeah we have young players, but they are guys like Fultz (who sucks at this moment and may never return to being good), and Mo Bamba who is pretty much just potential. Vuc is like 28, so is T Ross, Fournier is 26 and hasn't improved much at all in the last couple of years. DJ Augustin is 31. Our top 5 guys aren't that young besides Gordon. The only near all-star level young guy we have is Gordon. So unless Gordon or Isaac (who is solid) takes a leap next year, I don't see us being much better. Its unrealistic to expect our main guys who are basically in the later part of their prime right now to improve further. Guys generally don't take big leaps after 4-5 years in the league.

Luke has gotten the axe. I was really hoping Pelinka was out as well.

I looks like Lue and Monty are the front runners for the job. My vote it with Monty personally but bron will prolly have some pull in bringing in Lue/

Lebron the GM calling the shots now.  Bringing on board his former puppet coach.

I have to say, that game with the Raptors was fantastic. Maybe there is more to this Magic team then I am giving them credit for. Steve Clifford was an excellent pickup.

Narrator: 4 straight losses later: There was not more to that team than he gave credit for...

The Warriors back to obscurity next season and beyond. Durant is gone and possibly Klay Thompson. Curry looks worn down.

I think if the warriors lose Durant is way more likely to come back.

At this point, I think that logic also applies to Durant coming back if he's able to be the savior to win a championship currently down 3-1.

That said, they appear to be too close to their salary cap to justify bringing everybody back.  Heck Curry is set to make $40M and Thompson is set to make $28M.  They seem very focused on bringing Thompson back but that's crazy $$ for him.

If I am a different team than GSW, I would not sign Durant to a max after an Achilles tear. He will get his max, but I wouldn't do it at this point.

Soo I guess the new questions are:

Will Kawhi stay or go? If so, where to?

Where will Durant go?

Where will Kyrie go?

Will Klay stay?

Will AD stay with Zion?

Off-season looks like more fun than the regular season for me lol.

Hi, Jaguars fans. Wojo of ESPN confirms both the L.A. Lakers and N.O. Pelicans agree the mega deal with Anthony Davis coming to L.A. to team with LeBron.
