Indy has three of their four top choices still on the board. They need help in the secondary, but they could also use a big, run stuffing NT. Ultimately, they take the guy who can make the most immediate impact and select NT Dexter Lawrence of Clemson.

The Chiefs are a bit underwhelmed by the defensive talent available here, but they fill a big need with CB Amani Oruwariye from Penn State.

Green Bay on the clock.

You think Rodgers hasn’t seen the weapons Mahomes gets to play with?!

With their 2nd pick of the first round, the Green Bay Packers select, Paris Campbell. WR. OSU.

The Rams really wanted to go Defense with this pick but they suddenly have a void on their Oline that needs to be filled ASAP. With the 31st pick of the first round the Los Angeles Rams select Garrett Bradbury, Center, North Carolina State. I was thinking maybe OT or DT with this pick but in the end I decided on the highest rated Center in the draft who will be an immediate starter day 1.

With the easiest selection in the draft so far, The World Champion New England Patriots select, Irv Smith, Tight End, Alabama. This fills a clear need now that Gronk and Irv is in the same mold as Gronk. Pass catcher first, blocker second.

Arizona is on the clock!

Tricky decision for the Cardinals who could go in any number of directions here. Getting a pass catcher for Murray is tempting, but in the end the Cards choose to build from the trenches and select a sure-fire starter for years to come, G Chris Lindstrom from Boston College.

Colts are on the clock.

The Colts decide to upgrade the secondary with the best Safety prospect in the draft and use their first pick in round 2 to select Safety Johnathan Abram of Mississippi State. He will be immediately installed at the Strong Safety position, as he has the versatility to play either Safety spot.

49ers have a plethora of options here. In the end they take a huge target for JG, and draft WR Hakeem Butler.
