Just my opinion, but it's a very bad move by Nike.  Colin Kaepernick isn't relevant anymore, he's just another young angry black male that thinks that he's owed something.  There is/was nothing wrong with the shoes.  I might have considered buying a pair if not for the fact that they are produced in China.

Regardless of what a has-been/wanna-be NFL player has to say about it, fundamentally there is nothing wrong with the Betsy Ross Flag.  This flag was flown by young men (some in their teens) in order to create this country and eventually make it the greatest country in the world.  The flag is all about the holiday that we are all going to celebrate this weekend, that being the Independence of The United States.  It has absolutely 0% to do with slavery.

Once people actually think with their minds rather than their hearts we might get some form of stability.

Who cares if they complain? If I don't like the way something is being done, I have the right to complain about it, whether it's a private company, government, or individual poster. It's one of the beauties of free speech.

Triggered is different than complaining. You probably know that, but it's often conflated with complaining, when the reality is that it should be connected to some type of trauma. No one here is having PTSD over Nike's cancellation of the Betsy Ross shoe. They just think it's dumb.

When he was just saying, "I deserve a chance to play, regardless of if you disagree with me politically" I was with him. I've always thought he was a good player.

I do agree, in general, that there needs to be more public accountability for police who shoot unarmed people, and that body cameras can help.
