While I definitely agree that this behavior is criminal and should be addressed I don't believe that summary execution by law enforcement is justifiable. Not a life or death situation so the use of force would be extreme. However, this type of behavior borders on lawlessness and needs to be addressed.

All should have been arrested! U can't teach or condone this kind of disrespect for officers because there will come a time when an officer has to give a command or make an arrest and when that happens and people r conditioned to instinctively disobey commands then ur going to have a tragedy.
