Americans Apply For Jobs At Food Processing Plants After Massive ICE Raid

It’s time to arrest owners and managers for hiring illegal aliens. They know they are breaking law by doing that…and they continue to do it.

Is the point here that Koch Foods would have hired Americans instead of undocumented immigrants had the positions been open to the general public? Surely the lure of $480 per week would have attracted workers in this vibrant economy.

The failure to enforce immigration laws enables companies such as this one to get away with paying substandard wages. The point of the post was presumably to say that after 30 years the Trump administration is finally trying to fix this problem.

"Doing the jobs Americans wont do" is and always has been a lie. This enables companies to pay wages Americans wont accept, an entirely different matter.
