K.J. Hamler - Wide Receiver Penn State

#1

Hamler may be the most electric player entering next year's draft. He runs the 40 in around 4.3 and his moves and quickness remind me of Tyreek Hill or Percy Harvin. Due to his diminutive s1ze and a very deep wide receiving class, he would likely be available for the Jaguars in round 2 or even 3. Watch him tonight against Michigan as well as some of his highlights this season and last. He would be a huge boost to an offense which seems to be going in the right direction. Take Tyler Biadasz in the 1st along with one of the cornerbacks and Hamler in the 2nd.

Toney also looks like a playmaker with great quickness. His speed isn't anything like Hamler's, however, who could also be a weapon on kick and punt returns. If he's still on the board in round 3, he's the guy I want.
