He played mostly RT though.
One guy comps him at Cam Robinson (a guy many fans want to move to G)

Another profile that pits him mostly as RT or G, comparing him to Bulaga

Many of these seem to put him best suited for a zone blocking scheme which we don't do much of, iirc.
And most profiles say "dominant run blocker" but "needs to work on pass protection"

Also... nothing wrong with a guy starting at G and then perhaps moving to T in year 2 if we move on from Robinson.

I'm no professional scout but when guys like Daniel Jeremiah says “I think he's somebody that has a chance to be an All-Pro guard. And I know he's played tackle, he's played on the right and the left. And he's a good tackle. I think he can play tackle in the NFL. I think he has a chance to be an elite guard,” I tend to lean toward his analysis.

Hes quite different to both Cam and Bulaga as he's a freak athlete who's also super smooth in his movements vs Cam who is quite the opposite.

I tend to think he's elite in both facets of the game. Only allowed 5 pressures this season and is pretty rare in that he moves so easily for someone who's so strong, one of the reasons I think he's good candidate to play LT along with around 4 games worth of snaps he's played there and looked great.

He's one of those guys who could play anywhere so I agree he could be a great guard too, it just makes more sense to let guys that talented play tackle first and if it doesn't work move inside. Unless Cam improves massively I don't see any need not to play Wirfs there first.

Also I wouldn't worry about zone or power with him
