There's nothing so unusual about adding former HCs to assistant coaching positions that should make people jump to nonsensical assumptions about the hire. Doug values experience in his hires as do most other HCs.

It's like people think Doug cares who replaces him if he is replaced. Once he is gone, he isn't going to give a crap who replaces him, lol.
