I knew it and he did too:

He has great potential but shouldn't have been the pick.

We reached with both picks simply to fill needs when premium talent on offense was on the board.

Disappointed.

Yes, should've been Whirfs and Jefferson.

Instead, we got another CB who doesn't want to be here and a guy with injury concerns. I could've made those picks. No need to have so many scouts for this.

This FO is not good at picking Offense during the early rounds, and they know it

If we keep Yan, then we have three 3-4 rush ends.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

agree with the above sentiments. Quit chasing one golden year and build our dang offense.

I love the pick for potential but I won't lie and say he was at the top of my list. But I love the quote they had of him during the draft.

Funny how a few hours ago people were claiming Dave was one of the best at taking BAP no matter what and then he goes and makes two very bad forced picks.

Second worst first round, but hey at least we're not the Raiders?

It’s gonna be awesome watching us score 9ppg this season.

I'd be happy with Jones (OT), one of the OG's, or Tee Higgins/Denzel Mims in the second round.

Yeah, I'm 100% satisfied with this pick at 20.

Kid is a natural leader and equally brings talent to the edge.

Yeah I love that about him... and his video wearing a Jags shirt.

Dude is a leader and seems to have a lot of talent. He wasn't my choice but I am ready to give him a chance, I am gonna support him.

For whatever reason I'm not much concerned with the O, as long as they get a TE and do something with Fournette, as in give another capable back more carries.

They can find guys to plug at Guard and our Tackles should get better.

The defense could be scary good, with just a few more positions to fill. But we need to spend the bulk of the draft getting guys on offense, starting with WR and LT.

I wasn't a fan but most mocks had him going before 20. One of the highest ceilings in the draft and he really turned it on late

I love the quote him being a team player and doing whatever is needed of him on defense. That is the type of guy you want on your team.
