A lot of these scenarios exclude Ben Bartch, I think he needs some development but physically he seems to have the tools if he can just be dilligent in the weight room and acclimate to the speed of the NFL. Uche Nwaneri was a nice jar on the shelf who developed into a mainstay at Guard and I see no reason Bartch can't be the same; that said I think we need to come away with 2 lineman in the first 3 rounds of the draft and maybe sign a free agent, don't make the same mistake the Colts made with Luck with Lawrence.
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

I'm not ready to write him off. He has been spotty this year, but he's a rookie coming off the bench to spot start in some games. I believe with a real O-Line coach, he can develop into a good player. Warhop is terrible.

Guy projects as a left guard.  Until Norwell is off the team you'll see Bartch buried on the depth chart.  He's not a RG in any shape, form or fashion.

Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.
