As much as the Steelers self destructed in this game,  the Browns certainly overcame massive adversity before and during the game.  One thing in particular that greatly helped the Browns build an enormous lead and put the game away is having two high caliber RBs.  The difference between the Browns and Steelers running games is close to 180 degrees.

The strange thing to me about the Steelers is the evolution (or de-evolution) of their offense.  Chris Collinsworth touched on it last night.  For the first six games they were playing 'Steeler's football'.  They ran the ball (four 100 yard rushers the first six games) and played tough defense.  I don't know if it was intentional or not, but they evolved into this dink and dunk quick throw offense.  It was so out of character.  Then once they started trying to run the ball again...they couldn't.

I can't recall a worse Steelers running game over the years than the one that was on display once the Steelers got away from it as you described.

A related thought regarding the decline of the Steelers running game. Eric Ebron is not a good fit for the Steelers. He's the antithesis of the good blocking, overall consistent TE that Heath Miller was for a long time.

Ramsey having a world class hissy there at 39, to be fair he should have kicked out.. Still funny.

Bakla, as my wife calls Ramsey, had an all out meltdown.
