Tebow will be cut and hired as a special assistant to cheerlead for Urbs and mentor younger players.

O'Shag, Farrell and Manhertz will hold down the fort in an offense that features four talented receivers and two strong running backs. Tyler Davis or Ellefson could come out of nowhere, too, as this year's pleasant surprise, ala O'Shag.

It's clear Bevell just wants TEs who can keep defenses honest with the threat of holding onto the ball if it's thrown to them, but this year I see Farrell and Manhertz assisting the underwhelming OTs, being dump-off outlets after chipping edge rushers, and most of all plowing holes for Etienne and Robinson.

He's not an Urban Meyer type TE. He catches too many passes.

Urbs seems to want fast guys catching the ball who can break big plays and the lumbering guys doing the blocking.
