They're doing it smartly, though. Loading up on guys that are cheap or young or both. They've got a good batch of coaches, and if Darnold is salvageable, they're using a crowbar to open their window as much as they can.

Gotta say I am kinda jealous. Hopefully we're there in a couple of years.

I agree. Ertz best days are behind him. Arnold definitely seems like he has more juice than ertz does right now.

This trade doesn't surprise me as much as the arrogance of GM's in the confidence in their ability to hit on late round picks.
