yep, that's about right for excavation, pool, plumbing, landscaping etc.

We put in a 16.5 by 36.5 in-ground last year at this time. Custom design of a stock pool offering. Salt system. Add-ons: LED lighting, high end pool controller controlled on-site or remotely by phone app, pre-wire for HVAC heating, extra backfill due to being 12 inches into the H2O table, 900sqft extra pavers. 62,5k. Comparable pricing went as high as 95k. Felt like we got a good deal at the right time.
