My faith is somewhat restored. I went into the local branch and was in and out within 10 minutes. She showed me my balance on the computer screen and everything seems to be in order. They’ve bought a few days reprieve.

Man, reporters ask some dumb questions.  Asking why the CEO wasn't around 'to help' for an IT installation is pretty dumb.  I can't think of a CEO that I've ever been associated with that would know jack [BLEEP] about installing software.  

I'd love to know what the REAL issue was/is.  They should have been able to just back out of the change and go back to the old system until they figured out the issue.  That is just extremely poor planning.

I was with them for a few years because I really liked their customer service. Their technology was always just adequate at best though. Based one what's going on now, very glad we decided to switch a few years ago.

The number is high but it moves down pretty quickly. I got on today after waiting about 15 or 20 minutes. But, I started at around 16,500. Progress.

My GF had to go to a specialist Dr. appt the other day and called ahead about payment with vystar and they told her "bring cash" due to so many declined payments they've had

This is why I keep a little cash in a number of different banks/CUs, if something like this ever happened I have the flexibility to move automated stuff to another account, and firing poor performers isn't a major endeavor.

I don't understand how anyone would continue doing business with this institution if crap remained sideways this long. That's a bad sign, and it's hard to believe that normal service is that much better than you could find practically anywhere else.

If you're forced to bank with them, I'm sorry, and hope they get this fixed ASAP. If not, take everything but 5 bucks out, bank elsewhere for a spell, you can always come back once systems are restored.

If you want to guarantee that a system upgrade will be FUBARed, make sure that you invite your CEO to participate. Better yet, let them manage it.

Finally able to get the login screen up except there's no submit option. After the 5th time it loads a submit. Cool now text to verify oops no submit button. Back to que waiting

This is the gobbledygook that I got when trying to sign on yesterday. All this time working on it and they still got it messed up!

Their main page had a bunch of javascript errors at one point. I'm thinking they just installed the new system(s) without any testing whatsoever. They're using their client base as their QA team, lol.
