Employer rights should never enter into the equation.

Akin to telling a pregnant woman to get an abortion or lose their job.

I'm ok with that too. Employer Rights ARE the equation because you don't have a RIGHT to employment at MY company. If you don't agree with my terms then you are free to leave. I know that's hard for people to grasp, but private property is the foundation of our entire society, and when others can mandate the terms by which you employ free people then they are exerting Ownership Rights on something they don't own. I vehemently oppose that.

That goes right out the window with government incentives and structured laws.

I still chuckle when that video circulates here and there. Forget his name, think he was or still is a mayor or senator in some wonky state. Eating burgers and fries and selling people on the idea of getting a jab to get a free burger and fries for doing so. 

It was comical, because, he couldn't keep a straight face doing it on camera and he was holding back his own laugh as he talked to the camera as if it was aimed for children. 

I remember Krispy Kreme doing the same thing. Get a jab for a free donut or something like that. What a joke. Let's take something with limited test studies conducted on it while also giving you something completely unhealthy for free to sweeten the deal. 

Always, always, always, in a world mired with greed and consumption, question any authority figure or corporation just handing out free [BLEEP]. It's free for a reason, and, it's not always to YOUR benefit.
