Looks like Biden is the one Making America Great Again

On Thursday, Micron Technologies CEO Sanjay Mehrotra confirmed the creation of about 50,000 new jobs in the Syracuse area related to the Micron buildout, including 9,000 direct positions at its plants.

“These positions pay workers $100,000 each year,” Biden emphasized. “And they don’t require a college degree.

This is a good deal for Syracuse and is one of the first steps for bringing chip manufacturing back to the U.S., which is a primary concern for defense and infrastructure security. Good deal all around. But to say Biden is making America great again is akin to tossing a gardenia bloom into a septic tank and declaring it now smells fresh.

You're hilarious.

"Biden traveled to the state to announce a preliminary agreement to provide semiconductor manufacturing company Micron with up to $6.14 billion in direct funding under the CHIPS and Science Act."

So, tax payer dollars. Imagine that.

But everything was good when Trump saved the crappy AC factory in Indiana, to which they ultimately moved most of those jobs to Mexico in the subsequent years anyway.....

perhaps instead of creating semiconductor factories in the US, we should simply do what the past administration did and give $1,200 checks to people on welfare and social security, who never felt any impact from employment loss from Covid.
