And Morse's concussion history suggests he'll be needed. 

When healthy - Morse is a much better run blocker than Fortner and slightly less of an upgrade in protection. 
From what I can tell - he will let guys through to pressure the QB - but not with so many complete whiffs/immediate pressures like we saw from Fortner.

Fortner has outstanding ability that is being quenched by the jacksonville climate,  his potential is able to be opened with a trade in the form of a 4th round pick

Considering Fortner played guard and only one year at center in college, I’m thinking he would make a decent OG backup. Besides, who would trade for him?

Someone who thinks he can fix his problems. Like I said, happens all the time. The jests just traded for a tackle today, it was a swap of 4th round picks and a 6th. Yeah, Fortner isn't good, but he's young, experienced, and cheap. That's some attractive qualities for some coach who wants to rehab him.
