Oh come on! How could you not tell that Ralph Cramden was a Brontosaur?
Quote:Dexter, despite the ending. But I have a feeling we're gonna get another season or miniseries to make up for that ending.

Breaking Bad

The Killing (very underrated show, IMO)
This came up with the Wife yesterday. We both agreed Dexter was the best, must watch show ever but, the ending didn't finish it.

Sorry guys I thought Dexter was initially very good and became terrible over the last 3 seasons or so.
Did anyone watch China Beach back in the 80's? I was somewhat obsessed with that show

It's the only show that felt like crack to me.

Had to finish it.

I know I had no idea that was the case.

So you are saying the Flintstones was was a cartoon version of The Honeymooners with kids?

I wonder what other series tidbits like that might be out there?

I watched it a little because my parents did and I think it came on after Wonder Years.
Quote:Any fans of The X-Files here?  Never watched it as a kid, but now that it's on Netflix, I plan on watching it next.

I watched it when it was on.  Smile  I liked it ok but the overall plot kind of came apart after about the 5th or 6th season.  I hear they're going to do a mini-series continuation to wrap up the loose ends.
The Tour of Duty (TV 1987-1990)

I finished Breaking Bad earlier this year and can say I haven't seen a better show.

Being the Honeymooners is my favorite all-time show and the Flintstones is my all-time favorite cartoon,  I knew what you mentioned.    Even though the Honeymooners was made in the 1950's and the Flintstones was made in the 1960's,  I started watching the Flintstones first.    Until the lost episodes of the Honeymooners were found,  there were only 39 episodes in circulation.   It didn't matter,   I would watch each one repeatedly.    This was well before the days of consumer VCRs.

You sir, are a wise man. I don't think there's ever been a better show than BB. I also think it will be one of the few shows that appreciates with age. It's hypnotic and mesmerizing.
You are all wrong.

The best show by far was Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I was obsessed with the theme song.
My vote goes to Californication.

I tend to find most things fail to live up to the hype. Breaking Bad exceeded it to me.

I was a fan. Hank is a great character. But I felt like it kind of sputtered towards the end. Especially the last season with his annoying son.
