I haven't actually watched any of the video, but just going by descriptions and accounts that I've read, the charges are pretty weak. Rather than misdemeanor warrants, I would think that there should be some felony charges brought against some of these individuals.
Again, I haven't seen any videos and I wasn't there, but if some of these guys were "knocking people unconscious" and "throwing them into the water" then those acts should be treated more seriously. The misdemeanor charges brought against them will result in nothing more than a fine, same as paying for a traffic ticket.
