QB- Blake Bortles (no suprise there), backup Chad Henne (might be a 3rd qb or they might just have him on practice squad)

No Undrafted guys make the final 53 but some stay on the practice squad
Quote:Interesting chart. I find your lack of love for Hurns outside interesting. Also, you'd rather see Branch playing 5 tech than Hood?
To my understanding Ziggy Hood was signed basically to be Marks backup and that would make the most sense as his primary target, but Hood could play LE however for Depth Branch is a good enough player to see occasional looks at LE where as Hood would come into rotation at DT for Marks and might even start the season if Marks is still recovering at DT.
I am a fan of Allen Hurns and he is a great story of fighting his way onto the roster and being very successful as an undrafted rookie in the NFL in his rookie season. To my understanding Gus Bradley expects Hurns to be the backup at all three positions as the fourth wr (unless preseason changes that). According to rotoworld they have Robinson at x and Lee at Z, but who knows how that will change if at all until we see preseason play.
Rotoworld also shows Greene as probably only returner or maybe slot receiver, and they show Neal Sterling as possibly an H-back role if he even makes the 53 roster. Depending on how much weight you put on Rotoworlds writers opinion.

We're not using any fullbacks. Blackmon is finished here, get over it. We can do better than Sanders.
People here gonna be salty when Ace makes this roster

29 offensive players? Cool.

In his defense, ZERO lost count when he ran out of fingers/toes to keep track.
Not sure how anyone can list Hurns over Robinson in this offense. Robinson is our clear #1 go to WR.
Lee hasn't shown anywhere near enough to me to start over Hurns. At the moment, I consider Lee highly overrated, but very much hoping he proves me wrong. Allen Hurns was the single most exciting player we had last year, with A-Rob a close second. imho

If ARob had played 16 games... He would have smashed Hurns in catches and yards and maybe even TDs.
Hurns was solid but Robinson is going to be the real stud at WR for this team.

I agree, A-Rob has the more polished hands. Hurns was the lightning in a bottle.
My concern this year is the OC. The plays, not the players to take the devil's advocate position. We have the weapons now in my view. Can we utilize them without hurting ourselves?
We have to have plays that allow our receivers to catch the ball and get out of bounds, or to the ground. Not every time of course, but they can't take hits every time either. There's nothing wrong with an 8 yard pass reception, and a duck. Mission accomplished. Every play does not demand a run after the catch. Too many guys trying too hard for the extra yard on every play leads to injuries, and fumbles. This is a crucial concept for the Jaguars to grasp.
