If Cooper is on the board I believe he's the selection, if the Titans select Cooper (this is a real possibility) I see the Jags swapping picks wit Atl, should be an entertaining draft.

Would it shock anyone to see them take Cooper at 3, then trade back up into the first round later to grab Gordon? It wouldn't surprise me one bit. I don't think the Jags are going to be nearly as eager to trade down as they will be to get a couple of legitimate weapons to put around Bortles.

I'm assuming this is the plan, if the Jaguars come out of this draft with just Amari Cooper and Melvin Gordon it'd be a huge success.

I wouldn't be upset nor surprised.
I'm more of a fan of Tevin Coleman and Cooper personally but if Caldwell goes with Gordon and Cooper I'll buy into that.

I don't see the Jaguars going defensive with their first two picks, I like Fowler and Kendricks, but have a suspicion we're going WR/RB with the first two picks.

I agree and I'm glad he's the one with the Jaguars for NFL Network. Funny guy and as you said, good for information as well.

So with it coming out that Collins will be talking to the police after the draft, how far do you see him falling? I've seen a lot of twitter speculation that some teams have taken him off the board entirely until he's cleared from the police.

I think he falls the late rounds, I'm not sure how you can spend a 1st, 2nd, or even a 3rd round pick on a guy that so much legal uncertainty, good luck selling that to an owner or your fan base haha.

About 8 hours away!
Can't wait.
Ideally I would like Leonard or Cooper and then trade back into the first for a hopefully free fall of Gregory. Then somehow get Coleman.

Just my opinion, but as a Texans fan I'm really hoping the Jaguars don't draft Leonard Williams. Sometimes it's not a scheme fit, but just the quality of the player that is the best selection. I think from a BAP standpoint, this has got to be your selection if he's available.
Heck I'll admit I was disappointed when the Texans took a 3-4 DE in JJ Watt rather than Robert Quinn who seemed to be a better fit on the outside pass rush. And hey it wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world as Quinn is a seriously productive player...but he's no JJ Watt. When in doubt, select the monster.

Man if they could get Leonard Williams and Randy Gregory, that would be something. Gus may break.

I don't trust Gregory.... Especially trading up for him.
