I think Casserly just said something that makes a lot of sense for Jags. Amari Cooper at 3 and trade back in for Melvin Gordon late 1st rd.

I follow that last tweet with this from <a class="bbc_url" href='https://twitter.com/MoveTheSticks'><span style="color:rgb(132,191,212);">@MoveTheSticks</a> yesterday: "Caldwell comes from Indy, young qb, wr, rb that grew up together."</span>
Wonder what it would take to move back into the 2nd? A 2nd and a 3rd? Wouldn't it be something if Shane Ray really did fall to the 4th and we got this draft?
1 - Cooper
1 - Gordon
4- Ray

Thoughts on Josh Shaw as a FS prospect?

I'm just not sure if the Jags will find their long term solution at FS in this draft, it takes a special kind of athlete with big smarts to play that position in this defense. I don't see the Jags spending a premium pick (1st, 2nd, 3rd round) on the FS position this year.

If Yeldon is there in the 4th then I would love that too.

Definitely agree, ultimately I think the Jaguars are looking to select the best WR 3rd overall, trade back into the 1st round to select one a falling LEO's (will more than likely cost a 2nd and 3rd round pick), and the best available RB in round 4 (hopefully a guy like David Johnson is available).

With all the experts saying williams is the next JJ Watt, if i was the tacks im not so sure i would pass and let the jags have the chance to draft him. I mean really the tacks already face jj twice a year, if williams is as good as they say, why would you want to face him twice a year too. i think tacks will take williams and then we are stuck facing him twice a year but we will get the bonus of being trade partners for whoever wants MM

Too funny. I was having a conversation with someone early this morning about this very scenario. I could see that happening very easily.

I stll like Holliman as I think his weakness is things that can be coached and his strength are things you cant. I also like Randall and Smith as our FS prospects

Want to talk about college production, Cooper and Gordon were 2 of the best

If we don't grab Cooper with the top pick, I wouldn't be surprised if we went after Rashad Greene in 3 or 4.

If we don't grab Cooper the receiver I believe the Jaguars will target is Tyler Lockett, he's a better version of TY Hilton due to his incredible route running ability and hands, he also adds value as a returner. I think Lockett will be uncoverable out of the slot, one of the better slot receivers to come out in a long time.
