Definitely too long between seasons..
Quote:I think BB was one of the best shows I have ever viewed.  That being said, I think this is going to be better.  Gilligan/Gould are the most underrated people in television.  Their incredible.  Their abilityto lead you in so many ways.  To give so many ideas as to what it could be, and then drop something on  you that's nothing like anything you were expecting.  Well we all have extreme expectations, because we know how the story ends.  The way they get you there, is going be why this sow will be even better than BB.

I thought we knew how it ends, I'm not so sure it ends when the story catches the breaking bad end.  I used to think that but after the opening last night I'm not so sure.

Love the show

It may be one of several "Easter Eggs" left by the creators.
I'm a big fan of the show and it's counterpart.

Breaking Bad is unrivaled in my mind in terms of TV writing, production and just general creativity in a tv series.

Lol is the guy on the phone the same guy from breaking bad
Yeah, Ken doesn't have much luck going up against BB or BCS characters.  It cost him a BMW and a hefty bar tab.
Two words - Squat Cobbler.

I haven't laughed so well in awhile.

me and my girlfriend were dying during that scene.  They did a really good job of bringing the tone down again immediately after
I wonder what's going to happen between Jimmy and Wexler.  My wife thinks she's going to die somehow and that will send him into a tailspin.  I personally think she'll just get fed up with his morally-questionable behavior as an attorney and will part ways with him because of that.  She's already turned off by the fact he fabricated evidence in the squat cobbler scene.

I liked season one a lot but I think season two is already better.

They're creating all sorts of great descriptions on this show.

Chicago sunroof?  Good stuff.

That was so great. My Chinese wife had no idea why I was laughing so hard.

Kind of a downer though when his girlfriend got upset about him fabricating evidence.

I read an article about that sequence, which was a homage to a scene in Reservoir Dogs, where Mr. Orange was explaining the art of telling a good lie, and how you have to go all "Marlon Brando", and know every detail so thoroughly. One of Better Call Saul producers also worked on Reservoir Dogs.

Or, he gets her killed because of his shady dealings.
Maybe she's the reason he ends up befriending Ed the vacuum man who makes people disappear.

He messes up and puts her in danger, so he discovers a way to protect her.

Given Howard's bitter look as he was talking with Chuck at the end of the episode, I get the impression he has the hots for Kim and is punishing her for being allied with Jimmy. The thot plickens.

That ending omg.

AMC and their cliffhangers, man.  >.<

It's gonna be a good season finale.

So, do you think Kim knows Jimmy sabotaged Chuck?   She gave quite a speech to the two of them, but afterwards in the car, she punched Jimmy several times in the arm as if to say she knows he did it.   But I'm not sure.   I'm guessing she threw her integrity out the window because she wants the business.   Which sets up the big speech to Jimmy about how he caused her to lose her integrity.   I can see that coming before the season ends.

Oh, she knows. That's why she dropped the obvious hint that Chuck is a formidable adversary and would find any mistakes, thus sending Jimmy out to bribe the print store attendant.

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that.
I'm already sad/depressed that Season 2 is ending. Anyone have any idea as to when Season 3 will begin?

I hope and assume that AMC will do a BCS marathon prior to the Season 3 premier, as I'll have forgotten what happened in Season 2 by then.

I've been watching the replaying of Breaking Bad showing on Sundance. For the first four or five weeks they showed four episodes every Wednesday. Now they are doing three shows on Wednesday. It's nice to see such a concentrated showing. On second viewing I'm catching some stuff I missed the first time.

My respect for the show just grows.

It's a little weird watching BCS and BB pretty much at the same time. I have to work at keeping some events/time frames straight. And it's very cool that they are very different with some similarities.
