I agree with this, I think Jed's biggest weakness was not adjusting scheme to personnel, in other words trying to put too many round pegs in square holes
So we've missed out on McCourty. It's been reported though that Caldwell did pursure after him. Including the Eagles and Giants. Can't say he didn't try.
With Cobb off the table. Who else can we target? I wouldn't mind the below guys at this point:
Murray - RB - DAL
Smith - WR - BAL
Bulaga - RT - GB
We need some playmakers on offense with veteran experience. Those three guys can help us out there.
So glad Todman's gone. Nice guy, but finally won't see him stealing carries from Denard.

They are all average at best.
The fact of the matter is, we need a true #1 RB that can carry the load without getting injured. Robinson was a nice surprise with his improvement to his new position but he hasn't shown that he can be a true #1 for a full season much less back to back seasons.
What do you all think of the Jaguars Khairi Fortt LB? Will he remain healthy or be cut before the season starts?
