After last years dominant Superbowl performance by the Seahawks, everyone seemed to want to emulate them and a lot of the top teams used free agency and the draft to upgrade their defensive backs... But what will NFL franchises want to copy from the Patriots model ?
Will we see more dink and dunk short passing ? Will everyone be after the next Gronk ? Will we see more emphasis on keeping the QB in the pocket with strong OL play ?
Cheat and be on Goodell's team

What the Pats taught me was that you can defeat a strong pass rush by getting the ball out quickly.
Cheaters prosper at every turn?
The system is rigged to protect the favored and allow them free reign to do as they like.

This has been the model for winning in the NFL for a while now, especially in the playoffs when yards are much harder to come by. The Pats just have a great HC and a HOF QB who is one of the most accurate/consistent dink and dunk passers in today's game. It sure doesn't hurt that he's also pretty accurate on his throws down the field when he has to make them.
It just takes longer to score that way, but if you can keep the TOs to a minimum, you will be successful with an accurate QB
We shall see more Owners throwing parties for Goodell!!!!
Lol at everyone's canned, spoon fed "cheaters" responses.
If the seahawks won, none of that would hold true right?
Except wrong.
The seahawks held more illegal practices this year than probably any other team in the NFL, but no one cares because it isn't the patriots.
How many pages is that thread up to about the falcons cheating with artificial crowd noise? Probably getting close to the amount as "deflate gate," Right?
Having a HOF QB can usually take you a long way as a team.
Be irrelevant for 40 years. Get lucky by taking a HoF QB in the sixth round and win four Super Bowls.
They teach CHEATER's 101...

Yes, there are cheater(s) across the board but BelliCheat goes above and beyond. He's Hibitual at cheating. Spy Gate and Deflate Gate are just two that comes to mind. Anything to get an upper hand. The consequences is irrelivent compared to the rewards...

lol @ all the espn sheeple and the cheating answers
NH3 those "gates" have show you what exactly?
That taping was not allowed in 2006, but being legal up to that point means they cheated in 2001, 2003 and 2004?
That PSI: New England was nothing but hot air, where the only football seriously underinflated was the one ball in the possession of the Indianapolis Colts?
and those are the "only two that come to mind"? Because maybe there is nothing else? Better get going on google to see if you can find something else real quick like.....

Yeah it's getting ridiculous. The Patriots aren't even convicted of the 1 ball that was 2 PSI below. Everyone did Spygate, not just the Patriots. Some of you should really look up what the Patriots did with the video cameras, not just spew regurgitated lies from the internet. I'm sure some of you are but hurt about the substitutions/eligible receivers. I mean don't blame the ref because if the Patriots didn't report eligible, they would have called a penalty. All this stuff is getting really boring. If this were the Jags, NO ONE would care, and they would say everything I've stated above. What's our justice system here in the US "innocent until PROVEN guilty?"

Its been 9 years since "spygate" and there have been plenty of incidents of teams doing illegal things since then.
The media tells you to bust on the pats because it gets them ratings. So keep on keepin on.
The NFL is moving to Arena ball. No need to run, no need to defend.
Step 1: Cheat.
Step 2: When you get caught, claim 'everyone does it', and deny that you do it anyway.
Step 3: Have Roger Goodell in your pocket.
Maybe Khan is working on Step 3 with the whole London thing.

everyone does do it.
Ok... Apart from the cheating.. What else do the Patriots do that the rest of the NFL can copy ?
I don't think you can put the win over the Seahawks (or most of the other games) down to under inflated balls.
