I guess I'm one of those people who, once I do a thing several times, (buckle seatbelts, wash hands before handling food, brush my teeth daily, etc.) it becomes automatic behavior.

The next time you go to a fast food restaurant, just observe a employee wash their hands, then touch a dirty instrument ie hat, food utensil, cash register without gloves.
An employee who goes outside the restaurant to hand a customer food in the overflow drive thru are supposed to wash their hands.

I just say an extra blessing over the germs when I get takeout. I expect it's the dirtiest most unhealthy form of food I could possibly eat.

Other than that being pure conjecture, even if it was of minimal effect, it is still has an effect.

After seeing the health reports, I don't think I can ever eat at a Chinese or Mexican restaurant again
