I was not upset about a pass being called. What made me mad was Russell Wilson never looked for an open receiver. He just saw a guy in double coverage and threw it to him, underestimating how much time he had to go through his reads. I have to blame Wilson for that, not Pete Carroll or Darrell Bevell for calling a pass, because at the end of the first half Carroll called a pass instead of a kick and it worked perfectly.
Of course, I would have preferred to see Marshawn Lynch take it to the end zone because that is always safer than throwing it. A pass would have been OK if it was done the right way, but a run still would have been a better play call.

Because no one can try and use deflated footballs as a excuse for the patriots winning, because the footballs for this game were more closely guarded then the President.

Doesn't mean they didn't cheat some other way.
Not to mention they wouldn't have gotten there in the first place if not for Deflategate.

Can someone explain why Tom Brady is the MVP again? He threw two interceptions and the play of the game was by #21. not #12.

There was no way the Colts were winning that game, deflated footballs or not

You realize the playbook isn't just run or pass, right? The call that was made was specifically designed to go to that receiver with that particular timing. There were no reads to go through.

Is this a serious question?

Alright. I like Pete Carroll and aren't even trying to take a shot or anything. But didn't he sound exactly like Jay Cutler, or am I crazy? ... OK well I know I'm crazy, but does he sound like Jay Cutler? Maybe it's not Jay Cutler, but it's somebody. Does anyone think Pete Carol sounded like somebody? Oh, wait, I know who he sounds like, nevermind.

Because with the game and frankly part f his legacy on the line, he led two scoring drives throwing to mediocre receivers. Excluding Gronk

101 QB rating. 4 TD passes, 10 point 4th quarter come back?

The Ravens on the other hand...

Are you serious? Down by 10 in the 4 the scores 2 TDs for the game winner. 4 TDs to 4 different receivers. Only 13 incompletions out of 50 attempts. Brady set so many records tonight....

Ravens led that game by two scores TWICE. They had their chances

Then explain why we always hear about quarterbacks going through their progressions or reads to look for open receivers. I see that on all kinds of passes except screens and laterals.

Yeah, and probably would have won if not for the Deflated balls. And probably however else Belichick is cheating and not getting caught for (yet).

Pats put the ball on the turf 2 times on kick returns in that Ravens game... Just sayin'... A soft ball would be much easier for the fumbler to pick up... I mean, you've played football, right?

You know I am always serious. If #21 did not intercept Russell Wilson's last pass attempt, a Seahawk could have caught it. And if a Seahawk caught it, Seattle would win the game.

I mean listening to the patriot fans... everybody cheats. And Ol' Bill is the best of them (except at not getting caught apparently)
