Tom Brady is currently 1-2 all time when facing the Ravens in the playoffs. I think that this will be a close contest, and I can see the Ravens pulling off a major upset on Saturday.

It does not make any sense. Tom Brady > Joe Flacco no matter what John Harbaugh says.

 

As much as I hate the Ravens, I do hope Eugene Monroe is able to play.

Brady is better than Flacco....but he's still lost two of three playoff games to him. Being better doesn't change that.

Injury updates:

 

LT Eugene Monroe (ankle) was limited in practice and is questionable. The only other injured Raven is DT Timothy Jerrigan.

 

WR Julian Edelman (concussion), RB Jonas Gray (ankle), and WR Brandon LeFell (shoulder) were limited in practice and are probable.

This is coming from the same person that while defending manning said there are 24 other people on the field.

If Brady is so good, then why has he lost two out of 3 playoff games to Flacco in Gillette Stadium? Including a SNF game against the Ravens where the Patriots blew a big lead and allowed the Ravens to come back and win. And need I remind you that that one win against Flacco came as a result of a Lee Evans drop and Billy Cundiff missed FG in the closing seconds?

 

 

The Ravens are the only team in the league that is not afraid to play the Patriots in New England. And for the record, the Jags are 1-9 all time against the Patriots. We have never beaten the Patriots in the regular season.

This league is all about matchups,, always has been. For some reason,, the Ravens have had great matchup "luck" against New England.


But, for what it's worth, the Ravens success against the Pats all came with Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Ray Rice, A. Boldin playing at high levels. None of those guys are around anymore.

I was on the Raven bandwagon for this but over the week I feel as if the tides have changed.

Come on Ravens! Ravens are the only team that can go into new england and win.

Justin Forsett has been playing good enough to make people forget about Ray Rice. Steve Smith is playing good enough to make people forget about Anquan Boldin. And there was not change at quarterback.

Thank God this is the 4:30 game instead of the other one because I would hate to wait four more hours. But that does not make any sense because it is going to be much better than the NFC game at 8:15.

 

Have fun watching two or three former Jaguars.

Ravens are boring without Ray Lewis.

I do think that the Patriots might lose their next game even if they beat Baltimore simply due to being beat up.

Rooting for the Ravens.The Patriots are a team I just don't like, similar to the Cowboys.
