RIP Stuart. You changed the game.
Sad to see someone so young pass away.

So sad...I didn't even realize he was so sick.
The best, RIP Stu. He was as cool as the other side of the pillow

My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Cancer since 2007.
Watching Rich Eisen's tribute to Scott was very touching, I am sitting at my desk at work crying like a baby.

RIP Stuart, prayers for your family and friends.

Is that why he took so much time off? I noticed often a woman named Suzy (Kolber?) replaced him in ESPN's pregame show.

Sad to see he battled cancer for 7 years at such a young age.

RIP Stuart.

RIP. It sucks.
Mr. Scott the long standing ESPN Sports anchor has passed. I didn't even know he was sick...

NH3...
Was really sad to hear this. Not a big fan of ESPN, but I always liked him. RIP, Stuart.
RIP

Grew up watching him on ESPN. I didn't know he had cancer, just noticed his physical appearance had changed recently. I'll remember him most for covering Bulls highlights during the Jordan era.
