I find it interesting that you are so unnerved by a foreign election. You should have more pressing issues to worry about, like your country's withdrawal from the EU (which I agree with 100%), and the immigration and security problems that your fine country faces. Like you, America is starting to have "no-go zones" which is very troubling. The fact that you can't freely travel within your country without the fear of assault and persecution would seem like more pressing problems for someone in your shoes.

I live in Birmingham which has a huge Muslim population and I'm sure that a small fraction of them might sympathize with Islamic Jihadist ideology , but not once has it ever stopped me from frequenting restaurants in those areas or walking alone at night .
I'm an atheist , white ex soldier, so I imagine I'd be pretty high value for any would be terrorist, yet I have always felt self in my City.
