I would love to see him take care of his life and come back and help us do something special here in Jacksonville

I still wont bet on his return or anything but hope for it.

Not sure I'm on the Cooper bandwagon, but I mean if they think its the best option for us then Ill go with it Undecided

Quote:Like everyone else, I certainly hope Blackmon comes back and can be a good receiver for the Jags.

But as for Oehser, I would caution that he also beat the drum about Gene Smith building the team the right way and Mularkey and co. being a great staff with big resumes to lead the team forward.

I'm just sayin'!  (He does receive Teal checks) :whistling:

So you're saying the O-man has missed on a few of his positive predictions are you?
Hope he can still play

I think Blackmon will be back. If the league accepts murderers back but not people who smoke weed there is something seriously wrong. I hope Cecil is gone. I used to have high hopes for him but he is not that great and constantly injured. Id rather use that money to go towards a bigger and more significant purchase. Blackmon/Robinson/Lee will be awesome.

Two big ifs....IF he does actually come back........IF he can get in playing shape.

Like mentioned above though.....60% of Blackmon might be better than 100% of CS3.

Ask me why I'm a cynic about JB. :turned:

Quote:I would be a little mad.  Let them develop.  It really depends on where we pick and who is available.  Gregory or Williams are just as talented and would fill a bigger need.  Ideally, we'd improve our O-line as I said earlier.  Not sure if he declares, but the OT from Notre Dame looks legit.

God could we stop doing this "safe" tackle pick in the first round crap?

I didn't say to do it because it's safe. It's because it's a need and I think that guy is a good prospect. Not sure why that's an issue.

Tantalizing isn't it? Also, don't forget about Hurns as well. We'd have a powerful, very young and talented WR corps. Amazing how we struggled for YEARS to find just ONE above average receiver and now we 'potentially' have 3 to 4? Next season and beyond will be very exciting to say the least.

Having those four would be great. Missing a bit of size perhaps? Robinson's got it, but a big, pass catching TE would be the next step.

It would be good to have him in the lineup b/c he has size and can be physical but from what I have seen is he will probably get into more trouble before next year and when he does we should trade him for a fourth round pick. Nobody will give us anything higher than that. We will be lucky to get that. Sorry Justin, some people just don't learn. You should've already learned by now and now you have young kids that look up to yall. Be a better role model. Thank you.

Quote:I would take O'Leary in the 3rd or lower. He could be Blake's Dallas Clark.
