Chad Morris is the one who runs the show. Look for him
Freeze's squad was pretty impressive in that 30-0 loss last week.
Yeah Ole Miss looked good for the better part of the first half of the season, after that they basically imploded. Before this year, haven't they blown [BLEEP] for all of eternity?

I think Freeze has shown he can recruit but has not shown he can develop talent or be a good in-game coach.

Isnt that pretty much exactly what Zook and Muschamp were?

Not that big of a fan. One hit wonder to me.

Then again, I wasn't sold on the Urban Meyer hire at the beginning either.
Freeze is a great recruiter I dont know how he got all those top players to go to Ole Miss back when they sucked, his coaching is still questionable.

Its stupid that they have a grudge against Dan Mullen, he has proved he can turn around a bad program over the long haul and was part of two championships at UF

The voice of Jameis Winston that's been in his head for about 27 games.
I'm hoping he stays put and they give the job to Gundy. Having Gundy nearby may be a positive situation for Blackmon as well.
Injuries really did Ole Miss in. The LaQuon Treadwell injury really just sucked the air out of the whole team. Pair that with being unable to find a true everydown back, it just wasnt in the cards for Ole Miss. To say Freeze is only a good recruiter is laughable. Upsetting LSU last year and Bama this year and three straight bowl seasons in the nation's hardest conference, that's not too shabby. There are cases whete his play calling is questionable, but this guy was a girl's high school basketball coach like 8 years ago. He's got a lot room to grow. Back to the main topic; Freeze won't go anywhere. He's had a pay day coming even before this broke, this will just add on to it salary.

That's pretty accurate.

What is it they say about UF fans?   Something about arrogance way out of proportion to actual accomplishment.

How dare a fan of UF think that one of the top 3-5 coaching jobs in the country be the best one out there!

Who said it's not? For a UCF fan you seem heavily vested in this UF stuff.

The arrogance if Notre Dame with the tradition of Wake Forest.

What makes it one of the top 3-5 coaching jobs in the country?   Is it better than Alabama, LSU, Miami, FSU, Georgia, Notre Dame, USC, Oregon, Ohio State, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma, Auburn, Penn State?   What makes it better than those jobs?   I don't see it.   What makes UF one of the top 3-5 coaching jobs in the country?  They didn't win an SEC Title until the 90s.   They had about a hundred years of "wait til next year."

The salary isn't even that great.   Muschamp was making about 1/3 of what Alabama is paying Saban.  Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Ohio State, LSU, Michigan, Baylor, USC, Iowa, Auburn, Penn State, Notre Dame, South Carolina, and Florida State all pay their coaches more than Florida was paying Muschamp.

Explain to me why Florida is "one of the top 3-5 coaching jobs in the country."   This is arrogance way out of proportion to actual facts or accomplishments.

That's the one I was looking for.  Thanks.

There are numerous articles written about why UF is one of the best coaching jobs in the country.  Alumni support, cash, recruiting territory.  Just a few of the exampls.  The biggest is $$$$$.

Also, Muschamp wasn't even worth 1/3 of what Saban is making.

This is just one of the many.  http://athlonsports.com/college-football...-jobs-2014

You know whats funny, before this year started I leaned much harder towards FSU......because of whats happened, I find myself defending UF more.  Between the defending of Jameis and the annoyance of the fan base, FSU has been an easy team to #hate.

Saban gets paid that much because of who he is and same with muschamp. Florida has the ability to pay just as much as bama.

They have top flight facilities, because they're in the sec and in the state of Florida they have the ability to recruit better than 90% of schools.

They have recent champions and are known as a college football power.

Recruits love the weather vs somewhere like Wisconsin or Michigan.

Scholarships

Its easily a top 5 job, possibly the #1 job.

May not look like it from the outside right now with what happened with muschamp and some more losses than usual but for those who understand college football, it is.

Anyone that is unwilling to admit that if Florida is one of the top 2 or 3 coaching jobs in the country is just a #hater.  It's all out there for their blind eyes to read and see.  (did I do that right?)
