GUS:  Well, Blake was terrible, his mechanics stink and Fisch can't seem to call a damn play that gets more than 5 yards.  I don't know why I hired him as OC  he should be a man and quit so I don't have to fire him.    As for the running game, Denard was absolute garbage.

GUS:  No.  This team is terrible.  Alabama could beat this sack of [BLEEP] team that Caldwell put together.

He always says he's "challenging" people or groups of people. What does this even mean? He just yells at them?

Passing sucked, running sucked, special teams sucked, etc....Don't sugar coat a turd.

They are just mad that he doesn't stand up on the podium having a temper tantrum like some of our "special" posters on this board do after every game.

They have installed new circuits over the course of the week that are working. Turnovers and tackling.


Gus is figuring out who sucks and whether you like it or not he will be here for a long time

how about "connect with the fanbase" like he always says.

 

The fanbase is pissed.  This crap isn't working.  He's responsible for assembling arguably the worst coaching staff in the league.

 

The last thing we want to hear is positives after another killing by the Colts.

 

 

I do think Mallory will be held accountable, but just starting off the press conference after losing by 20 after a bye week, on a 1-10 team, and he starts by pointing out "positives"??

And he's done that in every press conference after a game since he was hired. This isn't anything new.

You don't need a temper tantrum.  

 

His "positive patty" attitude is alienating at least a good portion of the fanbase, and frankly looking at results - it's not working.

Press conferences are not for the players, they are for the fans.  At least give the fans something to show that you don't think we're morons and will take anything spoon fed.

And there is the difference between a good coach and a guy who just rather people feel good and do their best. How about you will do better, or you don't play.

Figuring out who sucks is easy.  The hard thing is figuring out who doesn't suck.  There's a much smaller portion of those players.
