.... love your fan base though !!  100,000 people tailgating with beer bongs, cornhole, and Hank Jr jamming on the speakers.   I gotta admit, it doesn't get much better than that !!

Damn sure makes me wanna skip an FSU game just to go tailgating
Quote:Ohio State got crushed by the national champions. If Clemson shut out Penn State, would you say the Nittany Lions are undeserving?
The hypothetical game is pointless. Penn State did their talk on the field and got robbed of their rightful spot in the playoffs.
Exactly.  Ohio State and that whole conference was overrated.  3-7 in bowl games.....ouch.

Ohio State

Florida

Alabama

Michigan

LSU

Miami

Clemson

Notre Dame

Stanford

Cal

Tennessee

Arkansas

Texas Tech

Texas

Oklahoma

I thought that was your list at first.  I was like nice, can't go wrong there!

My point was you have to consider the strength of their opponents on the big stage. Clemson is better than the best Big Ten team because, well, Clemson could beat Alabama. How many Big Ten teams lost to opponents that never had a chance of sniffing the playoffs?

Maryland

Nebraska

Michigan

Iowa

Penn State

Indiana

Six. These teams lost to opponents that had no chance at the playoffs.

Wrong about Michigan. FSU was #2 early in the season.

What do preseason rankings have to do with the cfb playoff? A three loss team in the playoffs this year? Lol

It was a regular season ranking.

Very early in the season. That was also the coaches or ap poll ranking which have nothing to do with the playoff ranking. A three loss fsu team was close to making the playoff?
FSU lost the 3rd or 4th week of the season and followed that up a couple weeks later to North Carolina.  So by midseason they had two losses.  You're telling me they had a shot at the playoffs?  You're going to continue to argue this because 1) either you refuse to admit you're wrong or 2) you're unwilling to let a topic die.  Typically when you know you are wrong you abandon the topic all together.

You are flat out wrong in this case.  FSU was not a playoff contender in 2016, in fact, Michigan was much closer to the playoffs than FSU ever was at the end of the year.

People are purposely ignoring the word "never" just to tell me I am wrong. That is the most important word in my post.
People are ignoring it because it makes little to no sense.  A preseason ranking means little when your team turns out to be not that good.

Seriously, what are you trying to say?

People ignore it just to argue with me and make themselves feel smarter than I am. That is how bullying starts and becomes a thread to  the point a member (not me) will get banned.  Do I need to  start a bullying thread on the Sideline for a bunch of people to prove or disprove my accusations about the intent of comments and questions directed at me. Everything I ever posted would make perfect sense to most people if they did not choose to go the illogical route.

I am trying to say people who consider themselves "normal" and think others being abnormal are bad if they refuse to change and separate MissJagsFanatic from Asperger's Syndrome and treat me as such.
Welp, here we go again.

You left out the most fun part.
