Fans are desperate. Thankfully, Khan is not. Championships aren't built on knee jerks.

They arent built from coaches who win 5 games in 2 years either
But please, continue to chug the gus juice

Hey, did you want mularkey to get another year? Was he treated "fairly"?
dave chose this coaching staff, sooooo having faith in one and not the other makes no sense

GMs get a bigger buffer. They can survive 1 failing coach.

Well if they planned on sitting Bortles, they should have brought in a QB whose play would have made it possible to sit BB.

They knew what Henne was and they resigned him anyway.

And if they didn't know what Henne was, then whose fault is that, the guys been in the league 6 or 7 years so there's plenty of tape on him.

I know the team did go 4-4 in the 2nd half of last year, but they won 2 or 3 of those games in spite of Henne, not because of him. I didn't forget all the 3 and outs when we were trying to run out the clock, holding a 1 score lead. The defense had to bail them out.

Henne did have the TD throw against the Browns, but that and maybe a couple of other plays were all Henne did in those wins.

Henne is what we thought he was, and we signed him anyway.

I still find it hilarious that some are expecting a magical year 3 jump based on nothing but promises that "the process is working". They already said they didnt plan on being 1-9, so how can you trust them when they say this will be a respectable team in 2015?

Even Prisco and Alfie are falling for the trap. Was the same thing with gene. Blind faith once again, nothing more.
We will see about the coaching staff, but right now they aren't getting it done. Now if Blake takes a huge leap during the bye, this talk will all be put to rest (and I hope he does). I like Bradley, but my confidence is failing. Caldwell, on the other hand, seems to have found some real steals and at least decent deals. He looks like he is batting at least 50% right now, and you really can't ask for more. The amount of low draft pick/undrafted impact players is eye opening. Yeah Joekyl and Gratz have been disappointing (some say Cyprien, but not me), but other than those he has got some good things going. I would be curious to see what a more experienced coach like Rex Ryan or Harbaugh could do with this roster, but if I was making the decision, Gus would have to almost lose out to make me fire him this year.

He chose Gus.  Gus chose the rest.

Gus very well may have been a mistake.

I think Gus HAS potential but he needs more experience at key positions around him.  There's too much inexperience and you see that week in and week out on game day.  Couple that with inexperience with players and we get the garbage we've seen the majority of the last two seasons.

Gus needs to make changes at the coordinator position and it's gotten to the point that I'm not sure he'll be able to find anyone worth their salt.  Who's going to want to join this staff?  Who's going to be convinced that Bradley legitimately has more than 1 year left year barring a turnaround?  They're more likely to have to sign some younger guy and hope they strike it rich than get a guy in here with experience and a winning background.

Agreed
People are still talking about youth and inexperience 10 games into a season eh?

I'm curious where the Jags fan base is with this current group of coaches and the front office.

I know where I stand and I'm curious how much patience people have left in Gus, Fisch, Babich and Dave.

Please don't let this resort to name calling, belittling others, etc.  That isn't what this is meant to be and I hope it doesn't head in that direction.

115 votes isn't a sure measure of what the entire Jaguars fan base thinks.  Just dramatic individuals on the message boards.

It's growing so tired. People acting like this is high school football.
Winning is all that matters and we're not winning.  So, I guess I'll let that be my answer..

The problem isn't the front office, it's the the lack of talent still holding starting spots on the roster..

I didn't see the coaching staff get run down by a linebacker yesterday.

Pretty sure they were talking that same concept 10 games into Manning and Leaf's Rookie season...
When will this nightmare end?

They should hire a real NFL head coach and a new OC (a proven NFL one, not a college one...)

Gus as defensive coordinator.
